ChurchBox is the church management tool that the church uses to manage the scheduling of volunteers for the various ministries. Through ChurchBox, registered parishioners can update and manage their details, control the privacy of their personal data, access the volunteers contact details and the ministry schedule. You may have received and email from the church office inviting you to sign up. Please click on the link in this email and follow the instructions. If you are new to the parish, and wish to volunteer for a ministry or you did not receive this email, please email the parish office: stafford@bne.catholic.net.au
You can log in via a web browser on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
Log in to ChurchBox - as above. This will take you to Your Dashboard where you can:

From the ‘Rotas’ tab select the ‘Your Availability’ menu. The screen you then see lists the dates and times of all the services and your availability. Click on ‘Change’ to update your availability.
If you can no longer serve on an assigned day, you can use ChurchBox to ask your team to see if someone can cover for you. From the ‘Rotas’ tab select the ‘View Rotas’ and click the relevant Rota Name. This will take you to a screen where you will click the red 'Request Cover' button. Write a brief message (optional) or place a dash in the message box and click the green 'Request Cover' button to send an email to the other volunteers in your team. Once another team member has clicked ‘Volunteer’ you will receive an email that you are off the hook and the roster will be automatically updated to reflect the change.
If you wish to have your personal details removed from ChurchBox please select 'Remove Account' from the 'Site Settings' menu that appears when you click your name in the top menu.

Data entered in ChurchBox is stored by an external processor outside of Australia in the United Kingdom or European Union. The processor is obligated to handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
